Item Description
A very good quality, 19th century, copper jelly mould with a central pipe. This is stamped with a pattern number “259” but the central number 5 has been overstepped with a number ‘7’. The mould is made from a very heavy gauge of copper and dates from c.1870. The design consists of six very ornate columns with flower tops, fluted sides and leaf bases. This is a very attractive design and the mould is in excellent condition. The tinning, to the interior, is worn.
