Item Details

An unusual, nineteenth century, French copper, rectangular baking tray. This is made from quite a light gauge of copper and it dates from c.1860. It has a rolled rim and steel handles to either end which have nicely shaped terminals. It would be a useful shape and size for baking a small fish. It is in very good condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Depth of pan 3.8cm. Length of pan 38cm. Width 17.2cm. Overall length of pan and handles 40.2cm. Overall height 6.4cm.
