Item Details

A super quality, 19th century, French crystal champagne cooler with silver plated mounts. This is made from an exceptionally heavy, quality crystal and it dates from c.1880. The crystal has a long, elliptical cut and the silver plated rim and handles are quite elaborate. The handles are nicely formed, in the shape of goat’s heads, and there is moulded design to the top and sides of the rim. The piece is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 23cm. Diameter 20cm. Width across the handles 25.6cm.
