Item Details

A nineteenth century, steel pastry tool with a turned wooden handle. This is English, dates from c.1840 and would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie. There are two splits to the wooden handle, which can be seen in the images, but otherwise it is in good condition.
Dimensions: Length 16.5cm. Diameter of handle 2.8cm. Diameter of wheel 2.5cm.
