Item Details

A late 19th century, beechwood breadboard. This is simply carved with stylised wheat, barley, a small flower and long leaves. It dates from c.1890 and is in very good condition. There are the usual knife marks to both the face and the reverse of the board from use. The wood has an attractive, pale patina.
Dimensions: Diameter 29cm. Depth 2.2cm.
