A late nineteenth century, English copper jelly mould. This is stamped with the orb and cross symbol used by Benhams and to the opposite end is the pattern number “188”. It is made from quite a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1890. The design consists of eight dome topped, draped columns. There is very minor denting to both the sides and the tops of the columns and the tinning to the interior is worn.
