https://www.thehoarde.com/dealers/appleby-antiquesAn interesting, 19th century copper ring mould in the shape of six eggs in a nest. This has no manufacturers marks but it is stamped with a registered design number “RD69654”. This design was produced by Benhams so this is probably their registered design number but they have neglected to mark the mould fully. It is made from a substantial gauge of copper and dates from c.1880. A small brass loop has been attached so that it can hang. It is in very good condition but the tinning to the interior is worn.
Dimensions: Height 7.4cm. Length 16.3cm. Width 15.4cm.
