Item Details

A lovely quality, brass cruciform pastry tool with a turned wooden handle. The heavy, cast brass tool has a wheel for trimming the rim of a pie, a diamond shaped marker to one arm and a circular marker to the other. The handle is turned from fruitwood and there is a very small, brass loop in the end of the handle. The piece dates from c.1870 and is in excellent condition. Dimensions: Length 24cm. Width 9.2cm. Diameter of wheel 3cm. Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £15. Most of Western Europe add £8.
