Item Details

A nineteenth century, brass, cruciform pastry tool with a turned wood handle. This is English and it dates from c.1860. It has a sturdy wheel on the end, for trimming the rim of a pie, and diamond and circular stamps on the sides, for impressing deigns into the pastry. It is well made and it is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 19.2cm. Width 9.3cm. Diameter of handle 3.5cm.
