Item Details

A nineteenth century, brass pastry tool with a small wheel to one end and a diamond shaped marker to the other. The wheel would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie and the diamond shape was for impressing a design into the pastry. This is nice quality example and it dates from c.1880. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 12cm. Length of diamond 3.5cm. Diameter of wheel 2.2cm.
