Item Details

A nineteenth century, brass pastry tool with a small wheel to one end and a straight marker to the other. The wheel would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie and the marker for impressing a design into the pastry. This is good quality example and it dates from c.1880. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 10cm. Length of marker 3.6cm. Diameter of wheel 2.4cm.
