Item Details

A nineteenth century, brass pastry tool with a two small wheels, one to either end. This would have been used for trimming the rim of a pie. It is a good quality example and it dates from c.1880. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 12.2cm. Diameter of pierced wheel 2.5cm. Diameter of small wheel 2.1cm.
