Item Details

A Brown and Polson’s shortbread mould made by Doulton & Co. This is marked, in a black transfer printed cartouche, “DOULTON BURSLEM ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1900. The mould is shaped to turn out a round of shortbread and the centre is printed with an advert for Brown and Polson’s “PAISLEY FLOUR” which was a raising powder. The piece is in excellent, usable condition.
Dimensions: Diameter 19.1cm. Depth 2cm.
