Item Details

A large, 19th century, French copper fancy border mould. This is marked with the cockerel symbol used by Letang alongside the pattern number “323”. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1870. The design consists of overlapping circles to the top above arched columns to the sides. It is in excellent condition and the tinning to the interior, although slightly worn, is still in usable condition.
