Item Description
A nineteenth century, English copper jug with a side handle. This is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper, it has a castellated seam up the side and a folded seam around the base. It dates from c.1860. There is some denting to the hollow handle, from use, and there are a couple of small dents to the side of the jug. The tinning, to the interior, is worn so it could longer be used for consumable liquids, but it would make a very attractive pot for a flower display.
Dimensions: Height 16cm. Width 19cm. Diameter at base 14.2cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the US.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
