Item Description
An unusual, heavy, Victorian, cast brass pastry tool with a diamond shape stamp to the end. Usually pastry tools would have a wheel to one end but this is unusual in having a simple, cast handle. It is well made and it dates from c.1860. The diamond shaped stamp was used for putting a design onto the sides, or top, of a pie. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 10cm. Diameter of handle 1.8cm. Length of stamp 2.5cm.
