Item Details

A double handled, steel vegetable or herb chopper. This is French and it dates from c.1920. The handle is not fixed, but it rotates on small hinges, which makes the chopping easier. The handles had been varnished, and this is starting to wear slightly, and there is slight pitting to the blade, from use.
Dimensions: Length of blade 24.5cm. Width overall 19.5cm. Diameter of handles 3cm.
