Item Details

An early 19th century, steel pastry wheel. This is English and it dates from c.1830. It has an interesting shaped wheel, for trimming the rim of a pie, and the handle is turned from a fruitwood. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 16.8cm. Width of wheel 2.8cm. Diameter of handle 2.8cm.
