Item Details

A 19th century, copper straining spoon with a turned hard wood handle. This is English and it dates from c.1860. The deep, half pierced spoon is attached to the wooden handle by a brass shaft. This combination is quite unusual as they are more often made entirely from copper. It is in very good condition.
Dimensions: Length 49.7cm. Width 7cm. Depth 3cm.
