Item Details

An early 20th century, French copper canale mould. This would be used for making the traditional French cakes, called canale, which are still sold in most bakers across France. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1920. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, although slightly dull, is still in usable condition.
Dimensions: Height 5cm. Diameter 5.5cm.
