Item Details

A good quality, French copper double boiler with a ceramic interior. The copper bears no manufacturers marks but the porcelain is marked, in a green transfer print, “PORCELAIN APILCO FRANCE” and this dates from c.1930. The outer pan is made from a heavy gauge of copper. It has brass handles and there is an acorn shaped, brass finial to the lid. The piece is in excellent, usable condition.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 13.5cm. Overall length of pan and handle 25cm. Overall height 19.5cm.
