Item Description
A nineteenth century, French copper sugar pan which has now been re-tinned for use as a saucepan. This is well made, from a very heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1890. Originally this type of heavy pan, with a wide pouring spout, was for sugar work so they were not tinned. However, our customers find them very useful as general saucepans so we have had this tinned so that it can be used as such. There are slight scorch marks to the handle but otherwise it is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Diameter of pan 19.5cm. Depth of pan 12cm. Overall length including the handle 86.5cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £40. Most of Western Europe add £20.
