Item Details

A nineteenth century, French copper, two part, hinged pie mould complete with base. This is made from quite a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1890. The base is stamped with the number ”100” over “3” but there are no manufacturers marks. It is beautifully moulded, with a cucumber and other fruits and leaves, and the design has great depth and detail. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, bright, usable condition.
