Item Details

A very large, nineteenth century, French copper jug. This is well made, from a very heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1890. The copper, to the main part of the jug, has a planished finish but the spout, the lower section of the jug, the foot and the hollow handle, all have a smooth finish. This results in a very interesting and attractive look. It is in very good condition.
Dimensions: Height 48.5cm. Width across the handle 42cm. Diameter 36cm.
