A large, French copper, deep sugar bowl. This is made from quite a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1910. It has a very simple form of brass handles to either side and the copper has a planished finish. There is marking to the copper, on the exterior of the bowl, from where it has been used over a fire but other than this the piece is in very good condition.
Dimensions: Diameter of bowl 39.5cm. Total width across the handles 50.5cm. Depth of bowl 25cm. Total height including the handles 28cm.
