Item Details

A large, 19th century, cast brass pastry tool. This is well made, it is English and it dates from c.1870. It has a large wheel for trimming the rim of a pie to one end and a heart shaped cutter, for making shapes to decorate pies, to the other. It is in excellent condition and is still usable.
Dimensions: Length 17.5cm. Diameter of wheel 5cm. Length of cutter 5.4cm.
