Item Details

A large, 19th century, French copper turbotiere. Originally, for use, this would have had a drainer and a cover but now it is purely decorative and this interesting shape makes a fabulous table display. It is made from a very heavy gauge of copper and has castellated seams around the base and up the side. It has very simple form copper handles and it dates from c.1860. It is in very good condition.
