Item Details

A long, 19th century, French copper basting spoon. This is marked with the initials "S.W" and it dates from c.1860. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and has a turned end to the handle which resembles a shepherd's crook. There are marks to the copper and there are a couple of splits to the copper on the spoon section.
Dimensions: Length 41.7cm. Width 6.8cm. Depth of spoon 2cm.
