A miniature copper mould in the shape of a kidney. This is made from a quite a light gauge of copper and it dates from c.1910. Originally the exterior would have been coated in tin but this has now been removed, revealing the copper beneath. Although it is a simple shape it is quite unusual. It is in excellent condition and the tinning, to the interior, is still in very good, bright, usable condition.
