Item Details

A miniature, 19th century, copper turbotiere. This would have been made as a travellers sample as the interior was tinned to show how they would have been for use. It is well made, from quite a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1880. It is in very good condition but the tinning to the interior is now worn.
Dimensions: Length 20.2cm. Width 13.4cm. Depth 3.7cm.
