Item Details

A miniature, 19th century, French copper turbotiere complete with drainer. This would have been made as a travellers sample as the interior was tinned to show how they would have been for use. It is well made, from a heavy gauge of copper, and it dates from c.1880. It is in very good condition but the tinning to the interior is now worn.
Dimensions: Length 20.5cm. Width 13.2cm. Depth 3.6cm.
