Item Details

A miniature, blue and white transfer printed soup plate with a central print of a priory and a border of flowers and foliage. This has a blue transfer printed mark to the reverse which reads “KENILWORTH PRIORY”. It is from a series of miniature pottery which was made by Minton and it dates from c.1820. It is lightly potted and the transfer has good detail. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Diameter 9cm. Depth 1.8cm.
