Item Details

A miniature, Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip, Portland shaped vase. This vase is the same shape as the Portland vase but the relief decoration is quite different. It is marked “WEDGWOOD ENGLAND” and it dates from c.1900. Miniature pieces of this period are quite hard to find. It is decorated, in white relief, with a continuous band of classical figures, trees and foliage. The reliefs are very good quality and the piece is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 5.6cm. Diameter 4cm.
