Item Details

A Minton, dust pressed, block printed picture tile. This tile is marked “MINTON’S CHINA WORKS STOKE ON TRENT MADE IN ENGLAND” in the casting and it is also marked with “MINTON”, across a globe, surrounded by “STOKE ON TRENT WALBROOK LONDON”. The tile is printed in brown with a young woman on the seashore, with a fishing net and fish in a basket. It dates from c.1920 and it is in very good condition.
Dimensions: 15.3cm. square by 1cm. thick.
