Item Details

A nineteenth century, Minton, dust pressed tile from a series depicting the trades. This tile is unmarked but the series was designed by Moyr Smith and was produced in many different colours. This example is block printed in brown, on a buff background, with “The TANNER”. It dates from c.1880. There are a three small chips to the rim which can be seen in the images.
Dimensions: 15.2cm. high by 15cm. wide by 1cm. thick.
