Item Details

A pair of small, early 20th century, French copper canale moulds. These would be used for making the traditional French cakes, called canale, which are still sold in most bakers across France. They are made from a heavy gauge of copper and they date from c.1920. They are both in excellent condition and the tinning to the interiors is still in very good, usable condition.
Dimensions: Height 4.5cm. Diameter 4.5cm.
