Item Details

A good quality pair of Wedgwood, dark blue jasper dip spill vases. These are marked ”WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND” and they date from c.1920. There is a further impressed “7” to each and some odd letters. Each vase is decorated, in white relief, with two of the Muses standing between trees and foliage. To the rim is a border of scrolls and flowers. The reliefs are all good quality and the jasper dip is a rich shade of blue. Both vases are in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 16.2cm. Diameter at the base 7.2cm. Diameter at the rim 6.2cm.
