Item Details

A set of four, early 19th century, English glass custard cups. These would have been used for serving desserts such as flavoured custards, flummery or syllabub. They date from c.1820. They have a long elliptical cut to the bowls and the handles have an attractive turned terminal. They are all in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Height 7.7cm. Diameter 6.5cm. Width 8.5cm. There are marginal differences in the sizes as they are hand blown.
