Item Details

A set of four 19th century, silver plated hatelet skewers with the ends shaped as swords. These have a stamped mark but it is too small to decipher. They are French and date from c.1880. Hatelets were used for ornamenting food, both sweet and savoury dishes. They are all in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 27.2cm. Width 4.5cm. Depth 0.7cm.
