Item Details

An early 20th century butter knife with a carved handle and a silver plated blade. The ornate blade, which is embossed with flowers and foliage, is marked “E.P.N.S”. The handle is turned in quite an unusual shape before being carved with “BUTTER”. This dates from c.1920 and is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 18.5cm. Width of blade 2.3cm. Diameter of handle 1.8cm.
