Item Details

A French, silver plated hatelet skewer. The design to the end of this skewer has hanging game within an oak and acorn, and laurel and berries, garland which is tied with a ribbon. It dates from c.1880. There is a makers mark close to the ornate end and this can be seen in one of the images. The skewer is in excellent condition.
