Item Details

A small, early 20th century, French copper saucepan and cover. This is made from a substantial gauge of copper and it dates from c.1920. Both the pan and the lid are stamped with a number “10” which relates to the diameter of the pan in centimetres. It has one of the typical French forms of handles in brass and these are attached by copper rivets. It is in excellent condition and the interior has been re-tinned so that it can be used.
Dimensions: Depth of pan 5.4cm. Diameter of pan 10.1cm. Overall length of pan and handle 21cm.
