Item Details

A nineteenth century brass pastry tool. This is well made and it dates from c.1880. It has a nicely shaped tweezer tool to one end, for crimping the sides of a pie, and a small wheel to the other end, for trimming the rim of a pie. It is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 11.5cm. Width of tweezers 1.5cm. Diameter of wheel 2.6cm.
