Item Details

A small, Newlyn Copper tray. This is marked “NEWLYN” to the reverse of the tray, and it dates from c.1900. The design depicts a fish and is typical of the designs produced by the Newlyn Copper works from their inception in 1890 to when they closed about 30 years later. It is in excellent condition. The face has been polished but the reverse has not and it retains its original patina.
Dimensions: Diameter 16.3cm. Depth 1.4cm.
