Item Details

A lovely quality, steel ice or sugar cleaver in the shape of a horse. This is French and it dates from c.1880. The shape of the horse is well formed and the handle is an attractive combination of brass and wood. The steel blade is heavily pitted, with use, but otherwise the piece is in very good condition.
Dimensions: Length 30.2cm. Height 14cm. Width of handle 0.9cm.
