Item Details

A 19th century, dust pressed tile transfer printed with a scene from the Seven Ages of Man. This design is marked with a registered design kite mark which dates the registration of the design to the 31st of January 1883. The tile is printed, in brown, with a scene showing old age and the border design shows the influence of the Arts Nouveau movement. The tile is in very good condition.
Dimensions: 15.2cm square by 1cm. thick.
