A nineteenth century, two part sugar mould in the shape of a swan. This is marked “TROTTIER PARIS FNT.” within a circle and it dates from c.1880. It is well made, with good detail to the design and it has two forms in the copper which keep the swan together in the correct position when in use. It is in excellent condition and, although the tinning to the interior is dark, it is still in good enough condition to be used.
