Item Details

An unusual turned sycamore butter print. This is English and it dates from c.1890. The long, turned is detachable from the print and although the design on the print is simple it is well carved. There is also a carved design to the top of the print where it joins into the handle so it could have been designed so that the print could be used around both ways. It is in excellent condition and the wood has a lovely, pale patina.
Dimensions: Length 12.2cm. Diameter 5.2cm.
