A nineteenth century, wooden pastry tool.This is nicely turned, and carved, in olive wood and it dates from c.1880. It has a wheel, for trimming the rim of a pie, to one end and a butter curler to the other. This is quite an unusual combination and the piece is in excellent condition.
Dimensions: Length 15cm. Width of curler 3.5cm. Diameter of wheel 4cm.
