Item Details

A very small, pewter ice cream mould in the shape of a rose. This is marked, in the casting, “C.C” which is the mark of the French company Cadot. It is also marked on the hinge but part of this mark is illegible. The end of the mark reads “**ESCH FILS”. The mould dates from c.1870. The rose is well detailed and the mould is in good condition. The interior is in usable condition and the exterior has a dark patina.
Dimensions: Length 5cm. Width 3.8cm. Depth when closed 4cm.
